The wet t-shirt competition was held at 3 o’clock Saturday, then again (unannounced) at 3 o’clock Sunday.
The girls stand on the Tug-O-War truck.
They are all blind drunk.
The rules state that any ‘flashing’ results in instant disqualification, so she was, but the crowd liked it.
